I have become well known for photographing epic
landscapes, motorcycles and cars, and fascinating people.
But itís less well known where I got my start.
It all began with my parents. They were world travelers, as evidenced by the fact that I was born in Morocco. We moved many times when I was young, and it engendered in me a love of travel and new places. Since then, Iíve been an explorer.
When I was 9 years old I got my first camera, the classic little black Kodak Brownie. A small cube of wonder, it gave me my first insight into the power of photography. The moments I captured with that little box linger with me still.
Even though my equipment has changed a lot since then, my sense of wonder remains.
Whether on location or in the studio, Iím always experimenting with light and composition.
I have had the good fortune to work with some great clients. Iíve traveled the world to shoot for Harley-Davidson, Lexus, Honda, Toyota, Yamaha, Bank of America, ADP, Zeiss, Taylor Guitars and many others. My images have been featured in Communication Arts magazine, Archive, Photo District News, and Graphis. With Carmichael Lynch Advertising and Harley-Davidson, I also won the Kelly Award.
I live and work from my home base of San Diego, California, which is one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
